I remember these have been tested a long time ago... do you know why they appear as "newly tested"? there is nothing on the site's news...

I'm positive Konda was

I'm positive Konda was actually tested last year (you may find a thread on this very same forum about it).

You may be referring to earlier iterations of it (known as Trip) which also got excellent reviews. While the Trip got a 95% score on its faceguard, Konda improved such an already remarkable result to 97%.

IMHO, Konda is the way to go. It's a bit noisy and does not sport luxury finishing, but the price/safety ratio is unbeated so far. Actually, its safety in general is top notch. Hard to find anything better among expensive helmets as well.

And, it comes in HiViz (sort of) yellow.
